The last sprint of this year took place in November as we helped clients from a total of 6 industries :
- Pharmaceutics with CPhI in Frankfurt
- iGaming with SIGMA in Malta
- Oil & Gas with ADIPEC in Abu Dhabi
- Agriculture with Agritechnica in Hannover
- Homeland Security with MILIPOL in Paris
- Building with BATIMAT in Paris
Now the whole team is back to our home base in Sofia, preparing an exciting 2020 calendar with great shows coming.
We had this question a few times, we use this word naturally within our space, and it might be interesting to elaborate more on that.
So the simple answer is anytime a company exhibits more than once in a defined period. Meaning, a company that plans for and commits to participate at two specific trade shows within two years is considered a program. It is a good practice, as it holds benefits beyond the visible, as the budget. Instead, it helps leverage planning ahead necessary effort or resources to manage the participation; most of the logistics already being taken care of in advance allow to focus on strategy.
More on that on a detailed article soon.
“Never split the difference” – Chris Voss
An exceptional resource to learn negotiation techniques from a former FBI Head of a Hostage unit, whether for business or personal situations. The book explores the heart of what negotiation is about, a deep understanding of humans’ motives, including its irrational and emotional aspects through a set of calibrated techniques. The concepts explored in the book not only help to understand the others perspective through what the author calls tactical empathy but also helps to gain a more profound sense of self-awareness.
You are welcome to use the learnings from this book on us! Get that started here :
